Age of vines: 15/20 years old.

Vinification process: Method and duration of maceration with skins: in crusherstemmer, soft crushing, settling and temperature control of the must fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Malo-lactic fermentation: no

Aging process: 3 months in stainless steel tanks

Alcohol content: 13,0 % by volume.

Colour: straw-yellow Bouquet: fruity with tropical fruit scent blended with a very delicate touch of honey and vanilla.

Taste: pleasantly fresh and soft, well-balanced and long lingering.

Food to serve with: fish and shell-fish, light pasta and rice dishes and white meats
