Grapes: Moscato d'Alessandria (Zibibbo)


Tasting notes: This wine shows a pale amber yellow color and nuances of golden yellow, transparent.
The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas that start with hints of grape, orange marmalade, dried fig and candied fruit followed by aromas of dried apricot, date, peach jam, honey, lavender and hints of enamel.

In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a sweet and round attack, however well balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

The finish is very persistent with flavors of grape, orange marmalade, dried apricot, dried fig and date. A well made wine.

Aging: This passito di Pantelleria ages for 6 months in bottle.
