Place of origin: Province of Trapani.

Grape: Moscato of Alessandria or Zibibbo.

From an accurate selection of the best Zibibbo grapes in the province of Trapani one of the most famous sweet Sicilian i.g.t. wines is obtained.

Alcoholic grade: 16% vol.

Colour: light straw-yellow and with its strong aroma it is an ideal dessert wine.

Fining: Six month in steel vats and two months in the bottle

Aroma: Harmonius intense and fruity.

Taste: Full and harmonius.

Best with: Biscuits, hard and herd cheeses.

Serving temp: 8°- 10°c.
