Taste:Bright ruby-garnet hue. Exotic, floral, sandalwood and dried cherry aromas leads to a earthy, full-bodied palate with a touch of spice. A zesty entry leads to a racy, medium-bodied palate. Has loads of fruit with bold tannins.

Informations: Prinsi grows perfect fruit in the beautiful region of Barbaresco, from their single southwest-facing vineyard, ‘Gaia Principe’ 320 meters above sea level.
Winemaker, Daniele Lequio, uses the most modern horizontal stainless steel fermentation tanks with a submerged cap system, which gives the wine multiple layers of flavors and complexities. The aging process is very classical with a mix of new Slovenian barrels and French Allier oak barrels with very fine pores and medium toast. These classical and modern techniques are beautifully combined, imparting unhurried and complex favor while the wine slowly ages for 30 months.
